OneBlue Real Estate Launches Agent-Centric, Future Focused Central Florida Brokerage with a Commitment to Giving Back to Central Florida’s Youth.

March 13, 2017 (ORLANDO, Fl.) – Orlando real estate broker Kevin Johnson has announced the launch of the OneBlue family of companies, offering a full lineup of real estate services including residential sales, commercial sales, property management, home inspections, and real estate education. The slogan of the OneBlue companies is “real estate services with purpose” to reflect the company’s commitment to giving back to the Central Florida community.

OneBlue Founder & CEO Kevin Johnson is a relative newcomer to the real estate industry, but not to business. Johnson spent 17-years in the hospitality industry leading hotel teams, renovating and opening hotels, and training future general managers at Hilton Worldwide University. When Johnson made the switch to real estate, he hit the ground running. During his first 90-days in the business Johnson closed over $100k in commissions and went on to sell over 100-homes in his first two years in the business. Johnson has been recognized as a top Orlando REALTOR® by his former franchise, OneBlue®, where he won the Masters Ruby Award in 2014 and was recognized as a 2015 Centurion® and Quality Service award winner in 2015. Quickly after getting into real estate, Johnson was frustrated by the traditional franchise brokerage models that charged their agents franchise fees and broker splits while providing little value for the huge costs. Training was outdated and focused on teaching agents methods that were originally developed in the 1970’s. Johnson knew there had to be a better way and tasked himself and his leadership team to develop a new model that would be agent-centric and future focused. As part of their launch today, they have pledged $25,000 to the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida. “Central Florida’s youth are our future and we must invest in them today,” said Johnson. “The Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida has a long, successful track record of success in our community and it is truly an honor and privilege to support them financially as they work to give Central Florida’s youth a better future.”

  • OneBlue Commercial LLC, Central Florida’s only 100% commission commercial brokerage led by commercial real estate veteran Chad Creech.
  • Johnson also recently announced the acquisition of Looking Glass Home Inspections, Inc which is being rebranded as OneBlue Home Inspections LLC. Greg Chappell, the former CEO of Looking Glass Home Inspections has joined the OneBlue team and will be heading up the new division as its President.
  • OneBlue Property Management will a full suite of property management services for their owners and residents throughout Central Florida. With nearly 200-homes under management at launch, OneBlue Property Management is already one of the larger management companies in the region and has plans to reach 300-homes by the end of 2017.
