Our team will coordinate all showing requests with you and handle all negotiations with the buyer or buyer’s agent.

Closing

Once under contract, our team will manage the entire contract to closing process including inspections, title, and closing.

    During this meeting, our listing concierge will place the for sale sign in your yard as well as an electronic lock box. They will also coordinate a couple time slots for the photographer to visit your home.
