Our full-service, flat fee listing offers you all the same services as a traditional real estate listing while saving you thousands of dollars! You’ll get a one-on-one in-home consultation with a licensed Florida REALTOR®, professional HDR photography including aerial photos, walk-through video tours, professional yard sign, electronic lock box, and so much more.

Once you list your home, we keep working with you and will be your trusted advisor and partner all the way through closing. We do all this while helping you keep your hard earned equity in your pocket!

Step One

PRE-LISTING

  • One-on-One Consultation with a Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent.
  • Review listing agreement and MLS documentation with the agent.
  • Install electronic lock box and OneBlue yard sign as well as go over the showing process.
  • Discuss preparation for the photoshoot and schedule the professional photographer.
Step Two

ON THE MARKET

  • Home will be listed on the local MLS and syndicated to over 1,000 real estate listing websites around the world.
  • Launch of digital marketing campaign that include behavior, demographic, and location based advertising.
  • Your OneBlue VIP Concierge coordinates all showings with you and provides you with feedback provided by agents.
Step Three

UNDER CONTRACT

  • Coordination and presentation of offers to purchase your home.
  • All documents presented and signed digitally from anywhere and on any device.
  • Coordination of buyer inspections, financing contingency, and other deadlines.

FLAT FEE, FULL-SERVICE LISTING

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When you sell a home,  you will typically hire a REALTOR® to sell your home. They will charge you somewhere around 6% of the final sale price of your home for their services. If the listing agent works with another agent that represents the buyer, then the listing agent will split their commission with the buyer’s agent. With OneBlue Real Estate’s flat-fee listing agreement, instead of paying us 6%, you simply will pay us $2,995 and then up to 3% to the buyer’s agent at closing. 

When we sign the listing agreement with you, you’ll pay a non-refundable deposit of $995. We use this money to pay for all the marketing expenses for your property. The remaining balance of $2,000 is due at closing. Remember, this fee only covers the listing agent commission and you’ll still be responsible for the buyer’s agent commission at closing (the co-op).

If the buyer is represented by another REALTOR®, they will expect compensation for their services. When we meet for your in-home consultation, we will discuss what percentage of the purchase price you are willing to offer as we will need to list that in the MLS. It is also important to note that offering compensation for a buyer’s agent is required by the MLS in order to list your home on the MLS. As for the required amount, you can offer what you wish however statistics show listings that offer 3% and 3.5% sell faster and for more money than those offering less than 3%.

You home will be featured on websites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and over 1,000 more. We will also place a yard sign in your front yard (if permitted by your HOA and local zoning laws) to capture any drive by traffic. 

Great question! Full-service is more than just a marketing buzz word, it represents everything we will do for you. You will be represented by a licensed real estate agent and REALTOR® who will guide you through the whole process from the initial in-home consultation, marketing your home using the OneBlue system, negotiating offers on your behalf, and representing you all the way to the closing table.

As part of our full-service listing, in addition to your REALTOR® you will have access to a VIP Concierge who will assist your REALTOR® in scheduling showings, placing the sign and electronic lock box. We will offer staging advice and be available to show your home to buyers who are not represented by another agent. From beginning to end, OneBlue will be your trusted advisor.
