In fact, most of the vacancy we had was turning the units as we normally have a tenant ready to go before a lease expires. 

Finding the right tenant for your property is critical to achieving your financial goals. We are so confident in our screening process and selection criteria that starting in 2018 we are offering all of our new owners an eviction guarantee. Simply put, if a tenant we approve has to be evicted, we will pay all the court costs and filing fees to process the eviction. 

OneBlue Property Management has partnered with industry leader Buildium as our property management and accounting technology partner. All owners have real-time access to all financial data, tenant information, and everything else that we do. All owner statements are cut processed and distributed by the 10th of each month for the previous month. We also offer direct deposit for owner proceeds.

With over 200-properties under management in Central Florida, we have developed relationships with vendors from every trade. We also have our own in-house general maintenance manager that is able to respond to any emergency 24-hours a day.
